Description
The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for all labor, tools, materials, equipment, licensing, permits, and all else necessary to legally and correctly install and complete up to two groundwater environmental wells using an air driven/air hammer drilling method in Southern St. Louis County, Minnesota. The contractor must be registered and licensed with the Minnesota Department of Health as a Well Contractor. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal, and the award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions.
