Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, CA) - Parking passes for each space, with replacement passes available at a capped fee - Parking area must be safe, secure, paved, illuminated, and within one-third mile walking distance of the office - 24-hour access to parking required - Contractor responsible for facility maintenance and security - Quantities and Line Items: - 24 unreserved parking spaces per month, for a base year, four option years, and a 6-month extension - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Parking must be within a third of a mile of the federal office - Replacement access cards must not exceed $20 each - Parking area must be maintained, secure, and accessible at all times - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation
