Guilford County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide advisory and oversight services for selecting and implementing a modern, cloud-based Records Management System (RMS) and Jail Management System (JMS) to replace the current on-premises platform. The Journey Partner will lead strategy, RFP development, vendor evaluation, implementation oversight, risk management, and benefits realization through stabilization. The county invites all interested and qualified firms meeting the RFP requirements to submit a response. A non-mandatory pre-proposal ZoomGov meeting is scheduled, and questions will be accepted until May 26, 2026.
