The Venezuela Affairs Unit (VAU) of the U.S. Department of State is requesting Statements of Interest (SOI) for programs that strengthen people-to-people ties between the United States and Venezuela through cultural, educational, technological, and media support. The program aims to promote shared values and a peaceful, democratic transition in Venezuela. Priority areas include cultural projects, freedom of speech, independent media, democratic participation, economic growth, grassroots activism, and inclusive social development.
