Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that sales of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam by Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company/FIMEX VN/Sao Ta Seafood Factory/Khang An Foods Joint Stock Company (collectively, Fimex Group) and Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company (STAPIMEX) were made at prices below normal value. Twenty-nine exporters are eligible for separate rates. Commerce is also rescinding the review with respect to certain exporters that had no reviewable entries of subject merchandise during the period of review from February 1, 2024, through January 31, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
