The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Heze Huayi Chemical Co. Ltd., a producer and exporter of chlorinated isocyanurates from China. The period of review is January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. Commerce is also rescinding this review in part with respect to 41 companies due to no suspended entries during the period. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
