Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that Hyundai Steel Company and Hyundai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. made sales of circular welded non-alloy steel pipe at less than normal value during the period of review from November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2024. Husteel Co., Ltd. did not make sales at less than normal value during this period. The review is being rescinded with respect to 14 companies that had no reviewable suspended entries. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
