This notice provides the preliminary results of the antidumping duty administrative review of paper file folders from India for the period of May 17, 2023, through October 31, 2024. The review finds that Navneet Education Limited made sales below normal value, and it rescinds the review for Kokuyo Riddhi Paper Products Private Limited in part. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. The review is conducted by the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration.
