Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies were not provided to SeAH Steel Corporation, a producer and exporter of oil country tubular goods from the Republic of Korea, for the period January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. Commerce is rescinding this review in part with respect to four companies and intends to rescind the review with respect to Hyundai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
