Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce is postponing the deadline for issuing the final determination in the less-than-fair-value investigation of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from Indonesia. The provisional measures are extended from a four-month period to a period of not more than six months. This decision affects importers and exporters involved in the trade of solar cells from Indonesia. The final determination will be issued no later than September 10, 2026.
