Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies were provided to Dongkuk Steel Mill Co., Ltd. and Hyundai Steel Company, producers and exporters of certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from the Republic of Korea. The period of review is January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. Commerce is also rescinding this review in part with respect to two companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
