Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on sodium nitrite from India for the period February 1, 2024, through January 31, 2025. Preliminary results indicate that Deepak Nitrite Limited did not sell subject merchandise at less than normal value during this period. Commerce intends to rescind the review in part for three companies due to no entries of subject merchandise during the period. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
