Description

NASA is conducting community surveys to gather data on public acceptability of reduced noise from supersonic flights. The surveys will be conducted in different areas of the contiguous U.S. with approximately 1000 respondents per survey and about 175 responses per respondent over a 30-day period. This effort supports NASA's goal to reduce paperwork and respondent burden while collecting information as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. Comments on this information collection are invited until July 13, 2026.
