Description
The Children's Bureau (CB), Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is requesting a 3-year extension of the information collection under the Child and Family Services Plan (CFSP), the Annual Progress and Services Report (APSR), and the Annual Budget Expenses Request and Estimated Expenditures (CFS-101). The CFSP outlines coordinated family services for 5 years, while the APSR reports yearly progress and service needs. The CFS-101 includes budget requests, planned expenditures, and actual expenditures for child and family services. Minor changes to the CFS-101 form and narrative collection methods aim to reduce reporting burden and duplication.
