Description
The Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP), Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are requesting public comments on an extension of approval for preaward survey forms used in federal acquisitions. These forms are used by contracting officers to determine the responsibility and capability of prospective contractors before awarding contracts. The information collected includes financial resources, delivery ability, performance record, integrity, and eligibility. The agencies propose to extend the use of these forms for three additional years beyond the current expiration date of October 31, 2026.
