Description

This notice invites public comments on an extension concerning the prohibition on contracting with entities using certain telecommunications and video surveillance services. The collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of Federal Government acquisitions and includes representations and disclosures by offerors and contractors regarding the use of covered telecommunications equipment or services. The information collected is used by contracting officers to ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements and to consult on next steps regarding prohibited equipment or services. The Office of Federal Procurement Policy, Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and NASA propose to extend the approval of this information collection for three additional years beyond the current expiration date of December 31, 2026.
