Marion County Procurement Services is seeking proposals for a comprehensive solution to provide a new Medical Examiner facility: - Government Buyer: - Marion County Procurement Services, on behalf of Districts 5 and 24 Medical Examiner Advisory Board - Scope of Work: - Build to Suit Medical Examiner facility of approximately 30,000 square feet - Proposals must include: - Land acquisition suitable for the facility - Facility design and construction - Comprehensive property management - Ongoing facility maintenance - Option for future purchase of the facility by the county - Proposals for renovation of existing properties will also be considered - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the notice - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Proposals must bundle land, design, construction, property management, and maintenance - Facility will be leased to the county with an option to purchase - Flexibility to propose either new construction or renovation of existing properties - Products/Services Requested: - Turnkey development and management of a 30,000 SF Medical Examiner facility - All associated services from land acquisition through ongoing maintenance

Marion County is seeking detailed proposals from developers for a Build to Suit 30,000 SF Medical Examiner facility for lease with an option to purchase.
