Description

The City of Spokane Facilities Department, in partnership with the Water Department, is soliciting bids for Phase 2 of the renovation at the Water Department Main Office located at 914 E North Foothills Dr, Spokane, WA 99207. This project requires apprenticeship utilization as detailed in the bid documents. The City will only accept bids from Prime/General Contractors for the complete scope of work. Attendance at the mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is required for Prime/General Contractors, while subcontractors are not required to attend.
