Description

Workforce Solutions (WFS) is seeking proposals from qualified firms, individuals, or a combination thereof, to provide legal services to the WFS Board of Directors, WFS Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and authorized Board staff. The legal services include preparation and review of legal documents, legal research, advising on legal aspects of proposed actions, attending Board meetings, and providing guidance on compliance with laws and regulations. The contract is federally funded through the Texas Workforce Commission and is expected to start on December 1, 2026, with a one-year term and options to renew for up to four additional years. The estimated funding available is approximately $30,000 per contract period.
