City of Pompano Beach Solicits Professional Surveying and Mapping Services for Five-Year Continuing Contract

The City of Pompano Beach and its Community Redevelopment Agency are seeking qualified firms to provide professional surveying and mapping services under a five-year continuing contract. - Government Buyer: - City of Pompano Beach - Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) - Managed by the City’s Procurement and Contracts Department - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) are named, as this is a professional services contract - Products/Services Requested: - Professional surveying and mapping services, including: - Topographic and bathymetric surveys - Boundary and property staking - Plat preparation, record document preparation, and legal descriptions - GIS data collection, conversion, and GIS/CAD deliverables (GIS-compatible files required) - Quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) of GIS data - Services to be provided on an as-needed basis via individual work authorizations - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Firms must be licensed in Florida - Emphasis on municipal experience - Use of City project management software may be required - Compliance with detailed insurance provisions and the Cone of Silence - Electronic submission of responses via the City’s eBid System - Multiple contracts may be awarded; number of awards to be determined - No data input directly into the City's GIS system by vendors - Contract term is five years with no renewals

Description

The City of Pompano Beach and the Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) are soliciting Letters of Interest from qualified surveying and mapping firms to provide professional surveying and mapping services on a continuing, as-needed basis. The selected firms must demonstrate specific experience and capabilities with qualified personnel and expertise in the specified disciplines. Respondents must be registered on the City's eBid System to view solicitation documents and submit responses. Submittals must be submitted electronically by the deadline and late submissions will not be accepted. The solicitation is governed by the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) pursuant to Florida Statutes.
