Description
This project involves the transformation and expansion of athletic facilities at the David E. Disney Tennis & Pickleball Center in DeLand, Florida. The work includes converting existing pickleball courts into tennis courts and expanding tennis courts into new pickleball courts with furnishings and amenities. Additional scope includes renovating an office into a Pro Shop with bathrooms, constructing a new concessions building with bathrooms, building a custom shade pavilion and a pre-engineered metal building, utility connections, and various site improvements such as drainage, landscaping, irrigation, synthetic turf, lighting, sidewalks, and a gateway feature. The project also requires restoring disturbed areas to pre-work conditions.
