Description

Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide HVAC preventative maintenance services. Contractors must have at least five years of relevant experience and hold a California C-20 license. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements, and all bidders and subcontractors must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations at the time of bid submission. The contract is a firm-fixed price for a one-year base term with four one-year options, starting July 1, 2026. Bids are due electronically by May 26, 2026, at 14:00.
