Description

The State of Hawaii, through the Department of Accounting and General Services and the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts, is soliciting proposals for an Aina-Based Art in Public Places (APP) Museum Art Education Programming. The program is a standards-based museum outreach education initiative targeting Hawaii Department of Education public and charter school students in grades 2-6, utilizing the APP collection as a catalyst for multidisciplinary arts education. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, and includes tasks such as program conceptualization, scheduling, development of educational materials, professional development sessions, liaison with schools, contracting, and program evaluation.
