One vehicle is to be delivered to Kahului Airport in Kahului, Maui, Hawaii, and the other to Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The procurement is managed by the Department of Transportation, Airports Division, State of Hawaii. Bidders must submit their complete proposals via the Hawaii eProcurement System (HIePRO) by the due date. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered, and failure to upload the complete proposal to HIePRO will result in rejection of the bid.
