Description

The Hawaii State Fusion Center (HSFC) is seeking an Intelligence Analysis Support Contractor for a one-year term from 2026 to 2027. The contractor will provide subject matter expertise in HSFC operations, including access to intelligence enterprise working groups and expertise in intelligence information gathering and sharing. Required qualifications include a master's degree related to intelligence or homeland security, an active Secret security clearance, and extensive experience with multiple intelligence platforms and networks. The contract is funded by Federal Homeland Security Grants and may be paused or terminated if federal funding becomes unavailable.
