The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Colorado State Office is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive lawn care and snow removal services at the Little Snake Field Office (LSFO) in Craig, Colorado. - Government Buyer: - Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Colorado State Office, Little Snake Field Office - Contracting office located at Denver Federal Center, Building 40, Lakewood, CO 80225 - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or named vendors are specified in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Lawn care and groundskeeping services, including: - Weekly mowing and trimming of approximately 9,598 sq. ft. turf and 16,098 sq. ft. non-turf areas - Monthly trimming around sprinkler heads and edges - Weed and feed application (spring, mid-summer, fall) by certified applicator - Monthly weed removal and spraying in rock areas, curbs, and cracks - Spring clean-up, thatching, aeration, flowerbed maintenance, debris removal, mulching, and pruning - Annual tree trimming to maintain sidewalk clearance - Leaf removal twice per contract - Sprinkler system start-up and winterizing - Snow and ice removal services, including: - Removal from designated sidewalks, landings, and entrance ramps when accumulation exceeds one inch or within one hour after snowfall stops - Sanding with approved washed sand and snow placement at designated points - Ensuring a 3-foot clear pathway - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contract is set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) under NAICS 561730 (Landscaping Services) - Compliance with Section 889 clauses (prohibiting certain telecommunications equipment) - Service Contract Act wage requirements for Moffat County, CO - Technical proposal must address capabilities, resources, past performance, and quality control plan - Contractor must provide all equipment and certified personnel for chemical applications - Multi-year contract: base year plus four option years - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four option years, for a total of five years - Locations: - Place of performance: Little Snake Field Office, 455 Emerson Street, Craig, CO 81625 - Contracting/government office: Denver Federal Center, Building 40, Lakewood, CO 80225
