The U.S. Air Force at Ellsworth Air Force Base is seeking sources for a turn-key Giant Voice mass notification system replacement project. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command, 28 CONS PKC at Ellsworth AFB - Products and Equipment Requested: - 15 Remote Siren Stations (RSS) to replace existing units - 2 Giant Voice Control Stations (GVC) for system monitoring and activation - Integration with AtHoc Enterprise Networked Mass Notification System (ENMS) - Reuse of 20 existing Motorola APX 6500 radios for RF communications - Reuse of 15 existing direct-burial galvanized steel utility poles - Services Requested: - Engineering, design, furnishing, installation, and testing (EDFI&T) of the new Giant Voice system - Project management, system configuration, testing, training, and warranty support - Optional annual preventive maintenance and emergency support for up to 4 years post-warranty - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must provide real-time intelligible voice alert messages, tone alerts, and music across all required coverage areas - Full compliance with DoD and federal standards - Integration with AtHoc ENMS and reuse of existing Motorola radios and utility poles - Warranty and operator training required - Optional multi-year preventive maintenance support - No specific OEMs or vendors are mandated, but Motorola is referenced for radio equipment

Please indicate if your company is willing and capable to perform engineer, design, furnish, install, and test a new turn-key Giant Voice system reusing the existing GV’s utility poles to provide real-time intelligible voice alert messages, tone alerts, and music for entire coverage areas required at Ellsworth AFB, SD IAW the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW).
