Description

The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking a contractor to furnish all materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of a 10-foot sidepath along Fordham Boulevard (US 15-501) from Ridgefield Road to Willow Drive (approximately 1,800 linear feet) and to upgrade the existing sidepath from Cleland Drive to Ridgefield Road (approximately 1,700 linear feet). The work includes clearing and grubbing, grading, concrete paving, drainage, erosion control, curb and gutter installation, signing, striping, and stream bank stabilization. All work must comply with the North Carolina Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures dated January 2024 with all amendments and supplements. Bidders must be prequalified with NCDOT for their specific discipline.
