Description
The University of Washington (UW), on behalf of UW Facilities, Asset Management, is seeking experienced firms to review capital project costs, policies, procedures, management practices, delivery methods, and other factors influencing the cost of UW's capital project portfolio. The goal is to identify cost drivers specific to the University and evaluate them on a life cycle cost basis to ensure value. The work includes analysis and audit services for public works projects to provide a fair market evaluation of project costs.
