The Chino Basin Desalter Authority (CDA) is soliciting fixed unit price proposals for the supply and delivery of Granular Activated Carbon. Bids must be submitted electronically through the CDA's bid management system by May 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The solicitation requires bidders to submit various completed and signed documents including a Supplier Identification Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, References Form, Price Proposal Schedule, W9 Form, Certificates of Insurance, Product Specification Sheets, Safety Data Sheets, and NSF certification. The CDA reserves the right to award the contract to other than the lowest bidder if deemed in the best interest of the CDA and to reject any or all bids or waive irregularities.
