Description

The City of Los Banos is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Design-Build Entities qualified and interested in designing and constructing a new Police Station located at 1111 G Street, Los Banos, CA. The procurement uses a two-step process under Public Contract Code Sections 22160-22169, starting with this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSOQ) to pre-qualify entities. The top three highest-ranking submittals will proceed to the Request for Proposals (RFP) phase. The project budget for the design-build contract is $18,500,000, and the City will use a Best Value Design-Build selection method.
