Description

This solicitation is for the installation of approximately 200 linear feet of 38-inch nominal surface casing, 1100 linear feet of 24-inch nominal production casing, and 400 linear feet of 22-inch nominal diameter open borehole drilled into the Jordan Aquifer. The project includes site preparation, well drilling, setting production casing, pressure cementing, well development, and testing. The Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost for the work is $3,700,000. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on May 27, 2026, at the Northwest Water Treatment Plant in Cedar Rapids, IA. Bids are to be submitted electronically by June 10, 2026.
