The City of Iqaluit, Department of Public Works and Engineering, is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide general building maintenance and renovation services on an as-and-when-required basis for City-owned and operated facilities. The purpose is to establish one or more Standing Offer Agreements for a broad range of maintenance, repair, renovation, and related support services for three years. Contractors must have the capacity, experience, and resources to respond to service requests safely, timely, and professionally. The City does not guarantee the quantity, frequency, or value of work assigned under the contract.
