Description
The Town of Milton is constructing a new salt storage shed to improve winter maintenance operations and protect salt stockpiles from environmental exposure. The contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for paving work, including surface preparation, placement of bituminous concrete base and top courses, compaction, and final cleanup. The work includes installation of approximately 7,980 sq ft of 2-1/2" Type II bituminous concrete base course and 14,300 sq ft of 1-1/2" Type III bituminous concrete top course, ensuring smooth transitions between new and existing pavement.
