Description

The Carroll County Office of Procurement, in cooperation with the Resource Management Division, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide labor, material, equipment, and services necessary for the Hampstead Valley IV Stormwater Management Facility retrofit. The contractor must be able to start within 30 working days after notification and complete the project in approximately 120 working days, weather permitting. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening and approved for the applicable type of work. Pre-qualification forms must be submitted at least 10 days before the bid opening.
