THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE; THE VA IS NOT CURRENTLY SEEKING PRICING OR OFFERS.

Solicitation 36C26026R0061 for project 463-21-101, Repair Building 100 Envelope Moisture Barrier at the Anchorage VA Medical Center (VAMC), Anchorage, AK shall be posted to System for Award Management (SAM) on or about 5/28/26 is restricted to  HUBZone Small Business concerns. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after the solicitation is posted.

Period of Performance:

The intended contract period of performance is 240 calendar days after receipt of Phase I Notice to Proceed.

Description of Services:

The contractor will provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to correct the Building 100 envelope moisture barrier at various locations to prevent moisture intrusion into wall cavities and repair moisture surface damage at the Anchorage VA Medical Center, 1201 N. Muldoon Rd., Anchorage, AK 99504.

Scope:

The scope of work includes:

Repair of moisture barrier and associated envelope components per contract drawings and specifications. Compliance with infection control risk assessments (ICRAs) and construction barrier requirements. Coordination with the COR to minimize disruption to medical center operations. Proper disposal of materials and adherence to VA safety, security, and quality control standards.
