Description
This solicitation is for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to support statewide contingent workforce services for the Tennessee Department of General Services. The MSP will manage the State's Staff Augmentation Program and Projects-Based/Deliverables Staffing, including managing a Sub-vendor Network and administering a supplier management tool and contingent worker engagement process. The MSP will also provide a Vendor Management System (VMS) to add value, reduce costs, ensure compliance, and improve the quality and speed of staffing services. The contract aims to establish a source of supply for all Tennessee State Agencies and authorized users.
