The City of Rancho Cordova is soliciting requests for proposals from qualified real estate firms or individuals to provide Buyer’s Representative services for the potential acquisition of one of two pre-identified office properties for adaptive reuse as a community center. The selected consultant will also provide on-call real estate advisory and acquisition support services for future City property transactions. The services are structured in two phases: Phase I involves assistance with evaluation and acquisition of the properties, and Phase II involves on-call advisory services.
