Description
The Town of Davie intends to negotiate and award a contract with only one source under the authority of the Town of Davie Code Section 2-323 (b) for Genesis hydraulic extrication equipment purchase, maintenance, and repair. The contract will be awarded to Rescue Systems Unlimited LLC. The scope includes purchase of new equipment such as cutters, spreaders, rams, batteries, and accessories, as well as routine inspection, maintenance, and repair services to ensure operational readiness, safety, and compliance. Services include testing, diagnostics, parts replacement, and emergency repairs as needed. This is a single-source procurement and responses will be used solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
