The project covers approximately 0.68 miles from E. Jackson Street to E. Scott Street in Downtown Tampa and may include crossing streets on either side of Franklin as necessary. The total estimated project value is $600,000. Firms must submit qualifications including a letter of interest, statement of qualifications, and supplemental materials by June 4, 2026.
