The U.S. Air Force 309th Maintenance Support Group at Hill Air Force Base is seeking contractors for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide installation, relocation, repair, or modification services for a wide range of industrial plant equipment (IPE). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Sustainment Center, 309th Maintenance Support Group (MXSG) - Products/Services Requested: - Installation, relocation, repair, or modification of various industrial plant equipment, including: - Air compressors, HVAC units (including roof-mounted and refrigeration units), CNC machines (lathes, milling machines), cranes, welders, robotic equipment, ovens (drying and heat treat), modular office furniture, portable offices, sound barriers, tanks (degreasing, dip, etching, plating), test stands, UPS/emergency lighting, washers, water treatment systems, and X-ray equipment - Specific equipment types: jig boring machines, lasers, lathes (bench, CNC, engine, swing, tool, turret, wheel), milling machines (CNC, horizontal, tracer, vertical), saws (band, horizontal, table), pneumatic controlled equipment, parts cleaners, press brakes - Onsite/hands-on training for operators and maintenance personnel - Safety program implementation (including OSHA and Air Force compliance, mishap reporting) - Security and badge processing (DBIDS, Controlled Area Badge, OPSEC training) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractors must provide detailed quotes including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs - Strict compliance with security, safety, and environmental regulations - All personnel must complete security clearances and training within 30 days, with annual renewals - Work is performed during standard business hours, excluding federal holidays - Emphasis on quality control and environmental compliance - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - The contract period aligns with government fiscal years, with labor reporting and annual training requirements
