The U.S. Air Force at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi, is seeking contractors to fully replace the BAK-15 barrier control systems in two buildings (B2001 and B2003): - Project involves complete removal of existing BAK-15 radio-controlled systems and installation of modern fiber-controlled hardwire systems - Includes new control panels, switches, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), battery backup and charger, enclosures, conduit, disconnects, and fiber optic connections - New control panels to be installed in the Air Control Tower and two Runway Supervisory Units (RSUs), with LED indicators and control transfer capabilities - Contractor must provide full design services, including site investigations, electrical design, contract documents, and sealed drawings - Construction services include demolition, trenching, concrete repair, electrical service installation, fiber optic terminations, testing, and site restoration - All work must be performed after hours to avoid mission disruption and comply with Air Force and federal standards - No specific OEMs or part numbers are identified in the notice or attachments - The government is conducting market research and seeking information from capable contractors; all responses are voluntary

We are seeking sources to replace AAS BAK-15 Contols for B2001 and B2003.   The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify contractors that are able to provide all items/services listed below. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.
