Description
The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is seeking Design-Build firms to submit qualifications for the design and construction of the Concessions Space Redevelopment and Airline Club Space Development at Tampa International Airport. The project involves revamping concession spaces to enhance passenger experience, wayfinding, and revenue, as well as developing new airline club spaces. The current concession leases expire between 2029 and 2031, and a feasibility study has identified opportunities to repurpose and expand concession areas in the Main Terminal and Airsides A, C, D, E, and F.
