Webster Elementary School, in Warfield, BC beginning September 2026. The lease rate is $400.00 per month (September – June) inclusive of custodial and utility costs. These rates are subject to annual review by Kootenay-Columbia School District No. 20. The opportunity is a Request for Information and Qualification (BPS) with submissions due by May 29, 2026.
