This project involves the preparation of roadway surfaces, application of slurry seal, removal and installation of pavement markings, and complex traffic control and management in highly populated areas. The work covers two locations: Haller Lake (Base Bid) and Mount Baker/Columbia City (Additive 01). The engineer's estimate for the base bid is $440,000 and for Additive 01 is $360,000.
