The Department of General Services (DGS), Division of the State Architect (DSA), is requesting submissions from professional structural firms for a retainer contract to provide structural plan review services on an as-needed basis. The contract will cover projects for DSA Regional Offices located in Oakland, Sacramento, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Services include reviewing plans and specifications for compliance with applicable laws, including structural plan review, back check review, and review of change orders and related documents for California K-12 public schools and community colleges. The contract is estimated not to exceed $1,000,000 and will remain in effect for four years or until fully expended.
