Description

The Department of State Hospitals in Napa is soliciting bids for boiler maintenance services. The contractor will provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, insurance, and personnel to perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repair services for five boilers in the Central Plant. This includes annual inspection and preventative maintenance and calibration of two water tube boilers, semi-annual inspection, and maintenance of three natural gas and fuel oil boilers, as well as repair services for all five boilers. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 19, 2026, at the Napa location.
