The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is soliciting Letters of Interest from eligible and responsible non-profit organizations to provide staff training specifically in supported employment, vocational development, and person-centered services. The training is aimed at approximately 10,000 staff who deliver employment, vocational, and community services across New York State. The scope includes conducting about 450 live, virtual, and in-person training sessions annually, developing curricula, managing training logistics, and maintaining a software system for registration and reporting. The contract term is five years, and training sites must be available at no or limited cost across multiple OPWDD regions statewide.
