The Town of Ulysses is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from licensed Professional Engineering (PE) firms experienced in transportation infrastructure to provide bridge and culvert engineering analysis and design, project management, and grant writing services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes general transportation infrastructure support, culvert and bridge services, RFP/bid document development, project management, and grant identification and administration. Firms must be licensed PEs in New York, have relevant experience, and demonstrate success in securing grants. The contract supports the Town's ongoing capital needs related to aging infrastructure.
