This solicitation is for Painting, Pressure Washing, and Maintenance Services to be provided to Caltrans in the counties of Butte, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Sierra, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials, tools, permits, equipment, vehicles, and incidentals necessary to perform these services.
